Function & Assemble Parts:1.It can produce air-laid paper pad, and three pieces style napkin pad. (As per request,
it can be added to produce cotton core napkin pad.)
2.It can be equipped with programmable controller to materialize auto controlling
production procedure, embossment roller temperature, driving speed and so on.
3.The touch-screen can show production data and breakdown reason.4.Duing production, auto re-feed air-laid paper, N.W.fabric, perforated film and
P.E. film. Auto control material tension and reject wasted products.
Structure & Character:1.Programmable controller, main drive frequency converter, man-machine interface
and touching screen are of imported brand.
2.Driving system consisted of gearwheel box, universal shaft couplings and arc-gear
synchronous belt. Driving components are installed on the bottom-board of the
machine,it can reduce the mechanical consumption.
3.Bearing, conduction ring, pipe heater, synchronous belt and conveyance belt are
of import brand.
4.Main press-cut rollers adopt universal shaft driving. It can drive fast and guarantee
the knives'servece life.
