Function & Assemble Parts:
1.It can produce three specification(L,M,S) of products by exchangjng cutting tool
and simple regulation.
2.Frontal tape, side sticker and elastic waistline are added on the machine.
3.After molding, products are folded into square type, arranged vertically and output
in line.
4.Teeth-like crusher can take treated or untreated pulp. The amount of SAP can be
adjusted.
5.It can be equipped with leakage barrier unit.

Structure & Character:
1.Driving system consists of gearwheel box, universal couplings and arc-gear synchronous
belt.
2.Web wheel in large diameter lay out the pulp to keep even thickness of cotton core
under high-speed operation.
3.Main press-cut rollers adopt universal shaft driving. The driving is fast and it
can guarantee the kninves'service life.
4.The bearings, synchronous belts and electrical components are famous brands in
China.
5.Material unwinding unit is equipped with synchronously pushing unit to stable material
tension and fasten running speed.
6.Components of bracket, work faceplete and driving backboard are strong in a frame
structure with strong anti-seismic, good stability and no shaking.
