Function & Assemble Parts:

1.      It can produce four size(S, M, L, XL) of products by exchanging cutting tools.

2.      The high-speed teeth-like crusher can be used to crush the treated and untreated pulp, it adopts insulative cover and safety-protective door.

3.      SAP mixed fluffy pulp, servo motor can control supplying amount.

4.      Raw material auto splicing and mid-unwindng, servo motor control tension. Adopt eight sets of rectifiers.

5.      Frontal tape, side tape and elastic waistline are added on the machine. Leakage barrier is molding on the machine.

6.      The whole machine is driven by servo motor and with PLC control, auto reject wasted products, breakdown show on the touching screen.

7.      As per customers request, equip with two-outlet stacker.

8.      The main bearings and conveyer belts are international brands.
